February Art Walk: Letters to Lines

February Art Walk

Make.Shift’s award winning gallery will feature the art exhibit Letters to Lines: young artists visually interpret lyrics & poetry during the month of February.

The Make.Shift gallery committee invited high school students in Whatcom County to submit their art work. The pieces were prompted to interpret song lyrics or poems and the students were not limited to any specific medium.

The Letters to Lines opening reception will be during Art Walk on Friday, February 5th, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Make.Shift. The show is on display at the Make.Shift gallery beginning February 2nd through February 27th. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

All of these things rely on our seriously amazing crew of volunteers, and we’d love to have you on board!

The orientations are every Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Make.Shift (306 Flora Street, downtown Bellingham).

If you don’t think you can make one but would still like to volunteer get in contact with me at!
